As independent contractors/freelancers, the listed Tutors control the methods, materials and all aspects of the lessons. Students are responsible for selecting the right Tutor for their needs. Students should review and investigate each Tutor's self- reported credentials, education, and experience, as well as reviews from other Parents and/or Students. All tutoring sessions should be supervised by a responsible adult.

LE24 does not have control over transactions between Users except the situations when LE24 shall regulate the payments and refunds made by Users as stated in our Payment Policy.

You agree not to inquire about the hiring of or to hire Tutors to complete assignments, write papers, take quizzes or otherwise do work on your behalf. Further, you agree not to use the platform for any purpose that violates the academic honesty policy or other conduct policies of your school, university, and academia.

The failure of LE24 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of LE24.

If for any reason an arbitrator or a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise continue using the Site and Application. Failure to use the Site and Application in accordance with these Terms may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

Any use of the Website that LE24, in its sole discretion, finds inappropriate and/or offensive may result in suspension and/or termination of a User with or without notice. 4. Manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other Users’ Listings.
5. Use a name or language that LE24, in its sole discretion, deems offensive.
6. Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information).
7. Post hateful or racially or ethnically objectionable Content.
8. Post Content which infringes another's copyright, trademark or trade secret.
9. Advertise or offer to sell any goods for any commercial purpose through the website which are not relevant to the ones offered through LE24.
10. Post unsolicited advertising or unlawfully promote products.
11. Take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings system when it becomes available.
12. Harass, threaten or intentionally embarrass or cause distress to another person or entity.
13. Impersonate another person.
14. Promote, solicit, or participate in any multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.
15. Exploit children under 18 years of age.
16. Engage in disruptive activity such as sending multiple messages in an effort to monopolize the forum.

LE24 has the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, and as set in these Payments Terms, LE24 may take a range of actions against you, including but not limited to limiting access to your LE24 Account and any associated Payment, for a violation of these Payments Terms

FOR STUDENTS, you must use the LE24 platform to purchase lessons from a Tutor.

Purchasing LE24 Lessons
In order to purchase a lesson at LE24, you use a third party payment method (example: credit card, bank transfer, etc.) to pay the necessary amount. By providing LE24 with your credit card or bank account information, you authorize us to charge such credit card or bank account for the amounts stated on the payment page. Following a successful transaction, you will be able to schedule lessons.

No Refunds on Authorized Payments
Authorized payments are final. No refunds will be given for LE24 lessons purchased, unless LE24 considers it necessary.

Third Party Payment Method Fees
When purchasing LE24 lessons, there may be fees that are charged to a Student by the third party payment provider or the Student's bank. These fees are not under LE24's control, and LE24 disclaims all liability in this regard.

Confirmation of Lessons
As a Student, if there is not a problem reported after the lesson, you instruct LE24 to pay the Teacher. You confirm that the Teacher has completed the Lesson fully and satisfactorily and you are instructing LE24 to transfer the corresponding payment to the Teacher.

Auto Confirmation of Lessons
If a problem with the lessons is not reported LE24 will proceed to confirm the lesson and follow the procedure listed before.

Feedback and Ratings on Lessons
As a Student, when you confirm a lesson was successful, you will also be asked to leave feedback and a rating for the teacher after the trial lesson and after every five lessons with the same teacher. When you rate or give feedback for a lesson you agree that your feedback will not be used to artificially raise or lower a teacher's rating, commit fraud, spam, insult, harass, threaten, or enact intentional misuse.

Disputes with Teachers
In the event there is a disagreement with a teacher, there are two phases to resolving the dispute.
Phase 1: Report Problem – The Student or Teacher can report a problem when it is required.
Phase 2: User Resolution – The Student and Teacher should discuss and reach an agreement on what should be provided and whether the money from the purchased lesson should be transferred to the Student or the Teacher. Any new terms that are agreed on by the Student and Teacher should be submitted to LE24 as a written record.
Phase 2: LE24 Dispute Judgment – If the Student and Teacher cannot agree, then the dispute will be handled by LE24. LE24 will review any evidence and submitted materials pertaining to the Dispute and make a final ruling.

Lesson Packages
Session packages on LE24 are valid for 6 months. Reminders will be sent to both the Student and the Teacher when the expiration date of their package comes due. If there is no action taken by the Student, then all remaining LE24 money from the purchased package will be sent to the Teacher minus LE24’s normal commission.
In the event that there is a dispute as to who cancelled a package and the Student and Teacher cannot reach an agreement, then LE24 will mediate the dispute. LE24's decision on the dispute is final.

For Teachers, you must use LE24 to receive a payment for Teaching from a Student. LE24 provides Teachers with a "Teacher balance". This balance will be transferred to the Teacher’s personal funds according to the Platform withdrawal policies.

Lessons schedules
It is mandatory for teachers to keep their availability up to date given that student will book according to that schedule. You can set the minimum and maximum time for students to schedule lessons in advance.

Disputes with Students
In the event there is a disagreement with a student, there are two phases to resolving the dispute.

LE24 Fees

LE24 collects commission fees when a Lesson is confirmed. For each transaction on the Site or Application, the commission is between 18% and 25% of the total cost of the Lesson. Fees due to LE24 are deducted upon transfer to the Teacher's Teacher balance.
The balance shown on the Teacher's account is the full amount after all fees have been deducted. Amounts may be rounded up or down as described in the “Rounding Off” section.
LE24 does not charge any fees for the Teacher to register or create a listing of Lessons on LE24. To the extent any refunds are issued, commission fees will be based on the amount that is not refunded back to the Student.

Circumvention of Fees
Teachers agree not to engage in any action or activity meant to circumvent the fees. Prohibited practices include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Suggesting, soliciting, or accepting payment by other means outside the LE24 Payment Tool.
• Failing to report accurate or final prices on the Site, or a price different than that agreed on between Student and Teacher.

Withdrawal of Funds
When withdrawing LE24 balance, there may be fees that are charged to a Teacher by the third-party payment method or the Teacher's bank. These fees are not under LE24's control, and LE24 disclaims all liability in this regard. Whatever third-party payment method that is used by Teachers may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the third-party payment provider. It is up to the Teacher to review the terms and conditions before using a third-party payment method.

Withholding or Delaying Disbursement of Funds
If LE24 reasonably concludes, based on information available to LE24, that a Teacher's actions may have resulted or will result in a significant number of disputes, refunds or other claims from users who purchased their Lessons, LE24 reserves the right to delay or stop the disbursement of all funds accrued in a Teacher's balance. If LE24 concludes that a teacher has violated the Terms (including the Privacy Policy, Community Policy, and Teacher Terms), LE24 can refuse to disburse the funds accrued in the Teacher's balance and debit such funds.

LE24's Rights Regarding Reimbursements
LE24 reserves the right to seek reimbursement from a Teacher if LE24, in its sole discretion, (a) provides a refund to a Student if the Teacher cannot promptly deliver the purchased Lessons, or (b) discover erroneous or duplicate transactions. The Teacher authorizes LE24 to obtain such reimbursement by deducting from future payments owed to the Teacher, debiting the Teacher's bank account, or seeking such reimbursement from the Teacher by any other lawful means.

Rounding Off
LE24 may, in its sole discretion, round up or round down amounts that are payable from or to Teachers or Students to the nearest whole functional base unit in which the currency is denominated (e.g. to the nearest dollar); for example LE24 will round up an amount of $101.50 to $102.00, and $101.49 to $101.00.
Teacher understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for determining their applicable Tax reporting requirements and obligations relating to applicable Taxes for their work. They are also solely responsible for remitting to the relevant authority any Taxes included or received. LE24 cannot and does not offer Tax-related advice to any Users.

LE24 lessons are not Bank Deposits
You acknowledge that: (1) LE24 is not a bank and the Student lessons and Teacher balance is a payment tool rather than a banking service; and (2) LE24 is not acting as a trustee or fiduciary with respect to your funds, but is acting only as an agent and custodian. (3) LE24 IS NOT A BANK, AND AMOUNTS TRANSFERRED THROUGH OR STORED IN THE STUDENT LESSONS BALANCE OR TEACHER BALANCE ARE NOT INSURED DEPOSITS.

LE24 Lessons Expiration Policy
LE24 Lessons in a User account will be valid for as long as the User remains active on LE24. If the User has not logged into his/her account at least once in the previous year, the LE24 Lessons will expire. For a User to keep their LE24 Lessons active, they must login at least once every year to their LE24 account. LE24 Lessons are then valid for another 1 year following the most recent login date.

Foreign Exchange Risk
The Student Lessons and Teacher balance are tied to US Dollars. LE24 is not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when billing or crediting a credit or debit card denominated in a currency other than USD, nor is LE24 responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when receiving or sending payment via third party payments when purchasing LE24 Lessons or withdrawing an LE24 balance.

LE24 Lessons Limitations
LE24 Lessons are valid only when purchased on LE24 or through authorized LE24 partners.

Security and financial fraud
As a security measure, LE24 may impose transaction limits on some or all Students and Teachers relating to the value of any transaction or disbursement, the cumulative value of all tractions or disbursements during a period of time, or the number of transactions per day or other period of time. We will impose these limits before any transactions are rendered if we determine it is necessary for security reasons or the prevention of fraud.

Interest compensation
LE24 may earn interest or other compensation from the balances in bank accounts that result from the timing difference between the payment for Lessons and the disbursement of the corresponding funds to Teachers. Teachers and Students are not entitled to any such interest or other compensation.

Reservation of Rights for Erroneous Transactions
LE24 reserves the right to seek reimbursement from any Teacher or Student. The Teacher or Student will reimburse LE24 if LE24 discovers erroneous or duplicate transactions for the amount of such transaction from such Teacher or Student. LE24 may obtain such reimbursement by deducting from future payments owed to such Teacher, by reversing any credits to such Teacher's bank account, or by seeking reimbursement from such Teacher by any other lawful means.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms LE24 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, to access and view any LE24 Content solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes and access and view any Member Content to which you are permitted access, solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You have no right to sublicense the license rights granted in this section.
You may view, copy, download, and print Content that is available on this Website, subject to the following conditions:

LE24 makes the Site and Application available as an online venue where Members locate and connect with each other and take advantage of the Site. LE24 is not involved in the dealing and contracting between Students and Teachers, or in the Teachers' delivery of Lessons to Students. LE24 has no control over and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of Lessons advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, the qualifications, background, or abilities of Teachers, the ability of Teachers to deliver Tutoring, the ability of Students to pay for Lessons, or that a Student or Teacher can or will actually complete a transaction.
Upon booking of Lesson, time, and price by both the Student and the Teacher, the Student agrees to purchase, and the Teacher agrees to deliver, the Lessons in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. You agree not to enter into any contractual provisions in conflict with the Terms and Conditions. The Student and Teacher each covenants and agrees to act with good faith and fair dealing in performance of the Lesson Contract. Furthermore, the Student and Teacher each acknowledges and agrees that the value, reputation, and goodwill of the Site or Application depend on their performance of the foregoing covenants and agreements. The Student and the Teacher therefore agree that LE24 has the right to take such actions with respect to the Lesson Contract, including without limitation suspension, termination, or legal actions, as LE24 in its sole discretion deems necessary to protect the value, reputation, and goodwill of the Site or Application.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part to any third party. These Terms and Conditions Shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties to these Terms and Conditions and their respective successors, permitted transferees, and permitted assigns.

Feedback regarding LE24. By submitting any Feedback, you agree that your disclosure is gratuitous, unsolicited and without restriction and will not place us under any fiduciary or other obligation, and that we are free to use the Feedback without any additional compensation to you, and/or to disclose the Feedback on a non-confidential basis or otherwise to anyone.
Feedback Regarding Users .You acknowledge that feedback results for you may consist of comments and ratings left by other Users and that LE24 may calculate a composite feedback number based on these individual ratings. Tutors agree to be rated by Students along several criteria, as determined by LE24.
LE24 does not monitor or censor these opinions or investigate any remarks posted by Users for accuracy or reliability unless a User brings the posting to LE24's attention. You may be held legally responsible for damages suffered by other LE24 Users or third parties as a result of these remarks if a court finds that these remarks are legally actionable or defamatory.

Unless you otherwise indicate in writing, LE24 will communicate with you by email, regular mail or by posting communications on this Website.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOUR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION IN ANY CONTENT ON THIS WEBSITE. If a dispute arises between you and LE24, our goal is to resolve such dispute quickly and cost effectively. Accordingly, you and LE24 agree that we will resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises between us out of this Agreement or the LE24 Website (a "Claim") in accordance with this section entitled "Dispute Resolution." Before resorting to these alternatives, you agree to first contact us directly to seek dispute assistance by going to Customer Support.

Without limitation, the platform may not be used to solicit for any other business, website or product. You may not solicit, advertise for, or contact in any form Users for employment, contracting, or any other purpose not related to the Lessons facilitated through LE24 without express written permission from LE24.

If you want to offer Lessons on LE24, you must read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms will apply to any Account that is approved to be a Teacher on the Site. If you do not accept these Teacher Terms in full, you are not authorized to teach on the Site and you are not eligible to receive any benefits from LE24 for any Lessons you provide.
You will be a self-employed, independent contractor/freelancer. There are different names for this in different countries. It means that you are responsible for any taxes involved with your teaching work and you are free to set your own hours.
In order to become a "Teacher", you must first submit a complete Teacher Application. Completed Teacher Applications are evaluated by LE24 for approval. If your Teacher Application is approved, you will have the ability to create and manage a Teacher Profile on our Site. As a Teacher, you can begin providing "Lessons".
In order to provide lessons, Teachers must create a description of their Lessons on LE24. When creating the description of your Lessons, you agree to the following guidelines:

• Write a specific, detailed description with clear scope, deliverables and lessons.
• Set expectations that you can meet or exceed.
• Not create lessons that are made with the intent to commit fraud, or provide products other than the ones outlined in the description. This includes working in exchange for positive feedback or for no cost.

As a teacher you agree to the following guidelines:

• Use the LE24 platform to manage Student requests.
• Respond promptly, within one business day, to all lesson-related communication, whether from the Student or from LE24.
• Maintain a record of all communication between you and the Student. Communication methods can include outside emails, instant messages, telephone or in-person conversations. Important details includes information on the scope, deliverables, time frames, price, feedback, revisions, schedule changes, vacation, availability, delays, acceptance of deliverables, and completion of lessons.
• Inform the Student of your availability and response time.
• Inform the Student if you will be unavailable for more than one business day.
• If you will be unable to provide a Lessons Immediately inform the Student offering an explanation and proposing a revised date.
• Immediately alert LE24 Customer Support so that LE24 is aware of the situation and can offer assistance to the Student.
• Use the LE24 Payment to handle all financial matters related to your Lessons.
• Provide helpful, objective, balanced feedback for the Student.

Any Student who is dissatisfied with your Lessons is required to contact you directly through the Site or Application regarding any issues or complaints. You should try to resolve any issue or complaint directly with the Student first.
If the issue or complaint cannot be resolved, between the Teacher and the Student, LE24 will use all records of communication as evidence to make a determination on how to adjudicate the dispute. LE24 shall have the right, in our sole discretion:

• To transfer payment, offer a refund, or reverse a transaction.
• To designate who shall bear the expenses resulting from any such actions.

Additional Guidelines for Tutoring

• Agree to maintain the privacy of LE24 Students. This includes not soliciting any personally identifiable information (such as birth date, age, government issued number, phone number, or home address).
• Agree to maintain the privacy of your personal details. This includes personal financial information regarding your Teacher Wallet.
• Agree to maintain personal records for all invoices and payments.
• Agree to cooperate with LE24 in anti-fraud actions, and in Dispute Resolution.
• Report any conduct violations, including misuse of ratings and feedback.
• Not use Prohibited Content, or content that violates copyright.

LE24 reserves the following rights to take any of the following actions at any time and at our sole discretion:

• Cancel your listed Lessons
• Limit your Account privileges
• Suspend or terminate your Account
• Adjust your Teacher Wallet balance and withhold all payments
• Contact law enforcement or seek legal remedies

License Grant for Teacher Content to Students
You hereby agree that any user who purchases your Lessons will be granted a right to use the Content in your Classes solely for personal and noncommercial educational purposes. License Grant for Teacher Content to LE24

LE24 has the rights to use your Teacher Introduction video for marketing, advertising or promotional purposes. LE24 may publish teacher videos to our official channels in third-party video hosting and streaming services, such as Youtube, Vimeo, or others, as to ensure accessibility and visibility to LE24 students regardless of location.

We collect and store information, including personally-identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that is voluntarily supplied to us by you when registering or when using the Website.

• LE24 collects personal information when you register with us, use LE24 products or post content on a LE24 site.
• LE24 may also collect information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners. This information might include necessary information to process your due payments to us, such as your credit card number.
• LE24 may automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookies, and the pages you request.
• LE24 uses information for the following general purposes: products and tutoring provision, billing, identification and authentication, platform improvement, contact, research, and anonymous reporting.
• LE24 collects usernames in order to provide a valid identification that the Virtual Classroom provider. No other personal information is exchange in order to setup the Virtual Classroom.
• LE24 might keep a video record of the lessons given using the Virtual Classroom. The records will be storage for 18 months.

LE24 may occasionally obtain IP addresses from users depending on how they access our websites. IP addresses, browser and session information may be used for various purposes, including to:

• Diagnose and prevent technology problems reported by our users or engineers that are associated with the IP addresses controlled by a specific web company or ISP.
• Estimate the total number of users visiting LE24 websites or applications from specific geographical regions.
• Help determine which users have access privileges to certain content, lessons or resources that we offer.

• Provide more relevant advertisements to you.
