LearnEasy24 is an online learning platform where students can search and find tutors according to the subject they want to learn. We provide a safe space and a virtual classroom, so no personal data needs to be exchanged. Search, Find, Learn... It’s so easy!

We do not require you to be exclusive to this platform. We understand if you want to utilize other platforms at the same time. You have the freedom to choose!

• It is forbidden to share or exchange any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, offensive, obscene, pornographic, lewd, lascivious, or otherwise objectionable. It is also forbidden to post hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable content. Any of these offenses will lead to the termination of your account.
• LE24 will provide you with a safe paying/withdrawal method, so we ask you not to take the risk of handling transactions with students outside the platform and not being sure whether or not you will receive your earnings. We trust our tutors to abide by this rule as we invest our share of the money from the lessons in the improvement of our database of tutors/students and enhancing the student/tutor experience.
• How many hours you work is completely up to you, but it is necessary to let students know before you take any time-off, especially if they have bought lesson packages with you or they already have lessons scheduled. Failing to do this will lead to consequences that will affect your search result ranking, or if done frequently, will lead to the termination of your account.
• We trust that all the content you gave us to complete your profile information is true. If LE24 detects any inconsistency with the information, your profile will be immediately removed.
• Privacy is important to us, so we will give you all the tools you need inside the platform in order to communicate with students. We expect you to reject any form of contact outside the platform with the students.

• You are your own boss.
• You determine how much money you earn, what your schedule will be, and when to take time off...It’s all up to you!
• No hidden fees or commission fee.
• We charge from 25% to 18% in commission on each lesson according to the number of lessons you have given on the platform and we also cover the payout fees. The more you teach on the platform, the smaller the commission fee!
• Students come to you using our platform.
• We have a fair and intuitive rating algorithm that will make sure you have a good chance at being seen by students and thus, get more business.
• We have an amazing support team that will be able to help you with any issue you may have about the website!
• We'll offer you guidance as a tutor, such as how to master the virtual classroom tools we provide and how to make the most out of our platform. We’ll do this by offering you a trial lesson with experienced tutors.

How do I change or reset my password?

Under the "Account Information" section in the "Settings" tab, enter your current password, your new password and repeat the new password in the appropriate boxes.

There is no restriction or obligation concerning the password, it can be anything you want.

We recommend using a strong and secure combination of capital letters, numbers and special signs, so that no one accesses your account against your will.

How do I change my timezone setting?

Under the "Account Information" section in the "Settings" tab, you can choose your current timezone in the list.

We advise you to change this setting if you are going away for certain period of time and wish to continue giving lessons on the platform.

How do I change my currency setting?

My Account>Account Settings>Account Information

You can choose your preferred currency from the list. There are three options: US Dollars, Swiss Francs or Euros.

What is my username used for?

Your username is displayed in the menu in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

You can also see it when looking at your account settings. You choose it during registration. Every username is unique and has to follow the Platform Rules of appropriateness. This username will we used on our external video-platform, CometChat.

How do I verify my profile and be seen in the search results?

Before you can teach and be seen in the search results, our team has to approve your profile by looking at your documents and having a short informational meeting with you.

In order for us to verify your profile, you need to upload:

• Proof of your identity in the form of either a scanned copy of your passport, national ID, or driver’s license. Please mind the allowed formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, DOC).
• Your CV
• Relevant diplomas or certificates that verify your education/qualifications in the area you want to teach, if applicable.

Can I change the display language?

As of right now, the website is available in six languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.

You can change the display language by clicking on the language in the top right-hand corner of your screen. If your language is not available, know that we will absolutely translate the website into more languages in the future.

Which language(s) is my profile displayed in?

Your profile is a mix of predefined headings that can be displayed in all of the display languages of the website (listed above) depending on the display language users choose, but anything you write will not be automatically translated.

We advise you to write your profile informatoin in any language(s) you want your profile to be seen in.

How do I add other languages I speak or can teach in to my profile?

My Account>Account Settings>Languages you speak

In the "Settings" tab under the "Languages you speak" section, click on “Add language” then select a language from the list and choose your level (basic, intermediate, advanced, native).

If you can teach in that language, tick the checkbox indicating you can teach in that language.

Don't forget to save your changes by clicking on the “save” button.

How do I know my language level?

We ask you to assess your language level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The levels are: basic, intermediate, advanced, and native.

How do I delete my account and stop receiving emails from LearnEasy24?

We would love to understand why you are leaving us.We would also explain to you what happens to your data once your account is deleted.

If you delete your account:

• You must inform your students that you are deleting your account so that they are able to search for a new tutor.

Can I use the same account to teach and book lessons with other tutors?

No, for now this is not possible. You have to create a tutor AND student account with different emails.

1. Write a short profile description talking about you, your experience teaching and what you can offer your potential students.
2. Create lessons with accurate descriptions.
3. Upload a professional picture.
4. Keep your profile information updated.
5. Upload an introduction video to your own youtube channel or send it to us and we’ll upload it on our channel. Then, add the link to your profile.This is a great way to show potential students your personality.

1. Make sure the background of your filming location is tidy and clean and be aware of what people could see in the background. If you are unsure about the filming location, we recommend filming in front of a neutral-colored wall.
2. Check if there is sufficiently lighting. Your face must be seen clearly.
3. Make sure there isn't any background noise when you are recording.This could distract the viewer and decrease the quality of your video.
4. Make sure that you look presentable.
5. Speak loud and clear. Use short sentences.
6. Be authentic and true to yourself.

With LearnEasy24, you set your own schedule and work as many hours as you want to. We do not require you to work at specific times or for a specific number of hours and this will not affect your ranking in the search results at all. It’s all up to you!

We use an algorithm that mathematically calculates your search result position. This is affected by many factors, such as your tutor rating.

After your profile opens for the first time after being accepted, you will be placed among four other new tutors on the first page of the search results. If four other tutors signed up before you, you will be placed among four other new tutors on the second page. This applies to all pages. Your position will move up a page with each passing day until you reach the first page, then after your full 24 hours on the first page is up, the algorithm will take over and place you among the already established teachers in the search results. This way all new tutors get the same amount of time to be on the first page and to gather their first students to build their profile without it being unfair towards the already established teachers.

You can improve your position in the search results by having more lessons with us, getting good reviews, and increasing your tutor rating.

We have a built-in virtual classroom where you can video call your students, send messages, and exchange files.

The beauty of working with LearnEasy24 is that all you need is an internet connection and a device regardless of your location. Teach wherever you’d like!

LearnEasy24 does not hold the responsibility of the tutors’ taxes as they are considered freelancers. You will have to take responsibility of the taxes in your country of residence.

We require 25-18% of the money you earn per lesson on the platform. The commission rate will decrease as the number of hours you teach on our platform increases. This commission is used to constantly improve the platform to make sure you get the best experience with LearnEasy24.

LE24 automatically sends payments to tutors twice a month (at the middle and the end of the month) if the tutor's balance is 300 USD or higher (or equivalent in other currencies).If you wish to receive your money outside of the payment dates(regardless of your balance), you will need make a withdrawal request and bore the transfer fee.Additionally, if your balance is less than 300 USD(or equivalent in other currencies), even if you make a withdrawal request on the payment dates, you will also need to bore the transfer fee.

To make a withdrawal request, go to the "Dashboard" tab and click "Withdraw money". We will follow through with your request as soon as possible.
